This PU shell is only 0.35 mm thick and offers windproof and waterproof protection, with a water resistance rating of 10,000 mmH₂O—sufficient to withstand heavy downpours and road spray, all without adding unnecessary bulk. A 48-hour moisture permeability test has confirmed the integrity and reliability of its waterproof membrane.
The cuffs are crafted from a waterproof, elastic fabric with seamless, precision-cut edges, allowing for a perfect integration with gloves; this design eliminates unnecessary bulk while ensuring full freedom of movement for the arms during a wide range of stretches and motions.
The three standard back pockets are made from hydrophobic milk fiber fabric. When rain gets in, it drains out instead of pooling and adding weight. Smooth, lightweight, and stretchy enough to hold nutrition, tubes, and ride essentials.
A reflective strip is integrated into the lower hem for improved visibility in low-light conditions, early morning starts, and late returns.
